To use all of the sites features you must have a valid USERID/PASSWORD. If you are a Firenze Homeowner and do not have a USERID/PASSWORD please follow the directions below:
- Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT under LOGIN.
- Fill out the form and CLICK the white box indicating you are not a Robot
- A message will be sent to the EMail you entered in the form (allow up to 15 minutes)
- Click on the link in the EMail message you received.
- Once the Administrator verifies you information he will activate you account and you will receive another EMail message (Please allow up to one business day)
- If the above events do not take place please send a message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. with your Name, Address and EMail address.
Once you have and account and you are logged in you will see all of the item / content you can access.
Events/News contain the latest information about upcoming events and information that might affect Firenze homeowners
Click on Report a Problem if you see something that requires maintenance or might require further investigation by the management company. The report will be forwarded to both the management company and the Board of Directors.
You can make changes to items such as your EMail address, you USERID or your Password by Clicking on Edit Your Profile
Governing Docs contain all of the documents that pertain the operation of Firenze.
The other menu items are self explanatory and contain various documents that may be of interest.
